About these terms
These terms describe your use of Lento Pulse and this website, provided by Mathias Larsen / mdsolutions. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. Questions can be sent to mathias@mdsolutions.dk. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
A wellness aid, not medical care
Lento Pulse provides a user-selected haptic rhythm for general relaxation. You can adjust the tempo during a session. It is not a medical device, a heart-rate monitor, an emergency service, or a treatment for sleep or heart conditions. It does not diagnose, prevent, monitor, or treat disease. No lower heart rate, sleep improvement, or other physiological outcome is promised.
The displayed BPM is the selected haptic tempo. An optional saved Apple Health reading is separate, may not be current, and never controls the rhythm. Do not use the app or that reading to make medical decisions or replace advice from a qualified professional. Stop a session if it feels uncomfortable. For a medical concern, seek appropriate professional care.
Using the app
Use Lento Pulse only when it is safe to relax and reduce your attention. Choose a comfortable pace and stop whenever you wish. The app requires a compatible Apple Watch running watchOS 26 or later. Haptic availability, session duration, and background execution can be affected by your device, battery, settings, and watchOS. A session is designed to run for up to 30 minutes; uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.
Apple, licensing, and purchases
The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies to the app license unless a different license is explicitly supplied in its App Store listing. Apple’s terms govern App Store transactions, installation, payment, and refund handling. Any price or purchase terms are those shown by Apple before you confirm a transaction; this website makes no separate price promise.
Lento Pulse is independently developed by mdsolutions and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Apple, Apple Watch, the App Store, and Digital Crown are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Respectful use and ownership
You may use the app for your personal use under its applicable license. The Lento Pulse name, app design, logo, website, and original content remain the property of their respective owners. Do not misuse the service, attempt to compromise its security, or redistribute its assets without permission, except where applicable law allows otherwise. Third-party software retains its own licenses.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep Lento Pulse useful and the website accurate, but the app and website are provided as available. Features and compatibility may change. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that they will always be error-free or uninterrupted, or exclude responsibility for matters beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
Privacy, updates, and contact
Our Privacy Policy explains on-device Health access, website hosting, and support correspondence. These terms may be updated as the product changes; the revision date appears at the top of this page. For a question, accessibility issue, or problem with the app, email mathias@mdsolutions.dk. Applicable mandatory local law and your rights to bring a complaint or claim are not limited by these terms.
