The short version
Lento Pulse is made by Mathias Larsen / mdsolutions. The Apple Watch app has no accounts, analytics, advertisements, tracking, or networking. We do not receive your heart-rate readings or your session activity. This policy explains the small amount of on-device processing in the app, as well as the separate website and support email.
What happens on your Watch
If you give permission, Lento Pulse requests read-only access to your latest saved heart-rate sample in Apple Health. The setup screen can display that reading as context. The app processes it on your Watch only; it does not persistently store the sample, transmit it, or share it. Your selected rhythm is independent of that reading.
Your selected BPM and vibration pattern are saved locally in app preferences for your next session. The app also remembers whether you have seen the quiet-playback introduction. Lento Pulse does not start or save a workout and does not write heart-rate data to Apple Health. Apple manages any existing Health records under your Apple settings and its own policies.
Health access is your choice
Heart-rate access is optional. You can use the haptic rhythm without granting it, and you can revoke access through the Health or privacy settings on your Apple devices. Revoking access does not delete existing Apple Health records; manage those directly in Apple Health. You can remove the app to clear its app-local preferences.
This website is separate from the app
This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, accounts, or embedded third-party media. Fonts and visual assets are served with the website. Animations adapt to your device’s reduced-motion setting; this website does not save a motion preference in cookies or local storage.
The website is hosted by Vercel. Delivering and securing web pages can involve processing ordinary technical request data, such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, and time of access. Hosting is therefore not the same as the app’s entirely on-device operation. Vercel processes infrastructure data under its own privacy terms. We do not use that data to build advertising profiles.
If you email us
When you contact mathias@mdsolutions.dk, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use that information to answer your request and troubleshoot the app, and retain the correspondence only as needed for support and any applicable obligations. Please do not send health records, passwords, or other sensitive information. We do not sell support messages or use them for marketing.
Your rights and questions
Where applicable, you can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held in support correspondence, and object to or request a restriction of its processing. Our basis for processing support and necessary website operations is responding to your request and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional service. Contact mathias@mdsolutions.dk to make a request. We cannot access or delete Health records held on your device.
You may also contact your local data-protection authority; in Denmark, this is Datatilsynet. Service providers may process website or email data outside your country under their applicable privacy arrangements. We do not knowingly request personal information from children. This policy may be updated when the app, website, or support practices change; the date at the top indicates the latest revision.
